Enhancements

Unique Join Enforcement

A new account-level toggle lets you prevent join links from being shared. When enabled, each registrant's link is unique and can't be passed around — tightening access control and giving you cleaner, more accurate attendance data.

Shared CRM Integrations Across Workspaces

By default, all workspaces under your account now share the same CRM integrations. Registration and attendance data collected in any workspace pushes to the CRM integrations connected at the parent-account level - ideal when all your workspaces represent the same business and should feed the same CRM, or the same webhook destinations.

Running a sandbox, test, or staging workspace? You can adjust this setting for that workspace so test data doesn't flow into your production CRM alongside real records.

New Capabilities

Sync to Sessions (Beta)
Configure once at the parent level and apply settings down to every child session across your Series and Summits. A new admin interface lets you push shared settings from a parent event to its sessions, so you no longer have to configure each one by hand.

Expanded HubSpot CRM Integration
Your HubSpot integration now carries far more of Sequel's engagement intelligence into the tools your team already uses:

  • Marketing-event sync keeps your HubSpot marketing events aligned with your Sequel events.
  • Push Sequel Score, AI-generated summaries, and recommended next steps directly onto HubSpot contacts, so sellers see who's engaged and what to do next without leaving HubSpot.
  • New Survey activity passed to the contact record.
