Learn how to use your Sequel webinar data to create reports in HubSpot that highlight the **deal and revenue impact** of your webinar strategy. Let’s dive in!
Create Webinar Impact Properties
1. Go to HubSpot settings and navigate to Properties under Data Management.
2. Create a Contact Property:
- Name: Webinar Impact (or your series name)
- Type: Yes/No Checkbox
- Add a description (optional, but helpful for your team).
3. Create a similar Company Property for company-level tracking.
Build a Workflow
1. Create a Workflow:
- Choose a Contact-based blank workflow.
2. Set the Enrollment Trigger:
- Search for Sequel.io integration filters.
- Select Registration Activity and set it to “is known” to capture anyone who registers for a webinar.
3. Add Actions to Update Properties:
- Edit the Contact Record and set the Webinar Impact property to Yes.
- Edit the Company Record and update the Company Property to Yes.
Now, any registrants will automatically have these properties marked in their records.
Create Reports to Show Webinar Impact
With these properties set, you can now create insightful reports:
1. Deal Impact Reports:
- Compare deals with and without webinar impact. For example:
- Webinar-influenced deals may have a higher close rate (e.g., 65%) compared to non-influenced deals (e.g., 41%).
2. Deal Velocity:
- Measure how quickly webinar-influenced deals move through the pipeline.
- Use this to identify opportunities to create content that accelerates decision-making.
3. Other Metrics:
- Total count of deals impacted.
- Average deal size.
- Revenue generated by webinar-influenced deals.
