Introducing the Resources Tab

 

The Resources Tab lets hosts share content and track engagement. From PDFs to demo links, attendees can access materials and take actions during or after events. This feature enriches webinars with engaging resources and boosts overall impact.

But it’s not just about sharing; it’s about understanding engagement. Every click on the Resources Tab is tracked, offering hosts valuable insights into which resources resonate most with their audience—and when.

How Does It Work?

Using the Resources Tab is intuitive and versatile. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

1. Adding Resources as a Host

During your webinar setup or live session, simply click on the Resources Tab within the Virtual Stage. From there, you can upload assets, add links, or create CTAs that attendees can interact with.

2. Save and Reuse Resource Sets

Once you’ve curated your resources, you can save them as a set. These saved sets can be reused for future webinars, saving you time and ensuring consistency across events. This is especially useful for recurring webinars or those with similar objectives.

3. Control Visibility

Timing is everything. With the Resources Tab, you have complete control over when assets become visible to your attendees. Whether you want to make them available before the webinar goes live, during the live session, or after it ends, you decide the perfect moment for your audience to engage with your content.

4. Engage Before, During, and After the Webinar

The Resources Tab isn’t limited to live sessions. Here’s how it supports your audience engagement across all stages:

Under the Event Analytics you will find a new section that holds all the resource clicks for each person and the timestamp.
