February Feature Roundup
On top of this, I’m proud to announce that the company analytics overhaul is complete and we’ll continue by updating our event analytics next month in order to help marketers improve lead qualification and attribution.
So without further ado, let’s dive into things
One-Step Event Creation
Creating an event shouldn’t be a cumbersome process. Moving forward, we’ve boiled this step down to Event Name, Start & End Date, and Start & End Time.
For more information about our event creation process, see here.
Registration Updates
Wouldn’t it be great to customize a registration form on the fly, and watch as the screen reflects your personal design ideas in real-time? That’s now possible! You can choose your access type, add custom questions, and insure that your branding is on point all before embedding and going live. This offers tremendous control and peace of mind when creating something new—what could be better than seeing the end result immediately?
On top of this, we now offer a 3rd-party registration option that allows users to easily leverage their own registration pages. Our platform will take care of all aspects of data sync, including the packaging of registration, event, and engagement data. No more manual processing or tedious CSV work involved!
For more information about registration, see here.
Host & Presenter Emails
In order to further streamline the event creation process, emails will now be sent to all hosts and presenters associated with an event. As a showrunner, you have enough on your plate – this will save you a step in terms of making sure that event participants are aware of the event start time and their assigned roles.
Also, be on the lookout for the following updates:
- Ability to assign roles when sharing an event (host, presenter, or attendee)
- Host and presenter links that will self-assign the respective role when registering for the event (be careful with these!)

CRM Integrations
Sequel.io allows marketers to turn embeddable video into a demand gen engine by capturing engagement data and sending it to CRMs in real-time. No more time spent on manual data entry, messy CSV files, and import/export madness!
To date, this has largely been done on the back of HubSpot and Zapier but we all know that there’s more than one way to skin a cat! This month we’ve released support for both Marketo and SalesForce and we’ll continue strengthening these integrations by offering improved data mapping capabilities in the very near future.
For more information about CRM integrations, see here.
Company Analytics
Last, but definitely not least, here’s a sneak peek of our new company analytics page. Between this and upcoming event analytics work, we’re making tremendous strides to land information that is pertinent to event marketers including website traffic, attendance rates, and drill-downs and segmentation to help with lead qualification.
Enjoy as this is the year we’re going all out on data, insights, efficiency, and proven event ROI
That’s a wrap for February. We hope you take advantage of these new features and, like always, look forward to hearing your feedback.
