Sequel offers a native integration with Hubspot that allows you to create dynamic lists, do lead scoring and trigger workflows based on actions of registrants and attendees.

Create or Update Contact on event registration

Once the Hubspot integration is connected we will automatically create or update a Contact when they register for a Sequel event. You have an option to turn on/off this feature.

Send user engagement

We will automatically update Contacts and add custom activities based on engagement. This includes watched live minutes, minutes watched on-demand, chat, polls, and Q&A. Data from the live event is published when an event ends. Data from replays is published every 24 hours. This data is structured so you can easily create dynamic lists and trigger workflows. You have an option to turn on/off this feature.

Sequel Integration with HubSpot Forms

Looking to utilize HubSpot forms for your event registrations? Our integration facilitates a seamless connection with HubSpot forms, immediately registering users in Sequel, and dispatching a calendar invite and registration confirmation without delay.

Sequel stands out among webinar tools by not requiring webhook setups or complex workflows in Hubspot to integrate a HubSpot Form. Simply select the Hubspot form from a dropdown list in Sequel and the connection is done automatically.

The integration with HubSpot is designed to support complex workflows such as series or recurring events. Common uses include:

  • Single Event, Multiple Sessions: Include a dropdown in your form. When a participant selects a session, Sequel registers them for that specific session.
  • Recurring Webinars: Integrate a recurring option in your form, and Sequel will issue a recurring calendar invite, similar to those from popular calendar applications.‍

Mapping Sequel Registration Fields to HubSpot

Prefer to use our registration form? Sequel.io registration data can be aligned with specific HubSpot fields, enhancing data organization and enabling more complex automations based on the collected data. We automatically pull all custom fields from HubSpot, making it simple to map the questions added in Sequel.

Once setup, our integration will automatically pass the UTM parameters into Hubspot to identify the source of each registration. You only need to embed the Sequel component on your website and include UTM parameters when you send users to register on your website.
