Now, with just a few clicks, you can gain deeper insights into how your attendees interact with all the emails associated with your events, right from the “Emails” tab under your event settings. This feature is available for all customers, providing detailed delivery analytics for registration, reminder, and post-event communications.

Starting October 1st, 2024, Sequel.io automatically began tracking every email sent from the platform. This means you now have access to a comprehensive view of your email performance, including:

  • Open Rates: See how many of your emails are being opened.
  • Click Rates: Measure how effectively your content drives engagement.
  • Spam Reports: Identify if any of your emails are flagged as spam.
  • Delivery Issues: Determine if an attendee provided an incorrect email address or if there were DNS issues on the recipient’s end.

Please note that any events created prior to this date will not have email analytics available.
